Although I still have not lost any more weight (still 146) I thought it was petty cool to see the changes when I put some of the photos side by side. Not really a drastic difference, but enough to notice.
I have quite a few friends now using My Fitness Pal and even though I know pretty much the calorie content I still like to put it in to see it in black and white. I know several people who have used it in the past feel they don't need it any more once they get their weight down or know their daily calorie intake but I will continue using it. It is such a great tool.
