For some reason I am having a "fat" day - and I am up a pound - 147 - which is fine - but you some days you just feel blah.

White denim jacket - MUDD
Skirt - MUDD
Black tank - Sonoma
Boots - Payless

  1. Pamela, you look great! Are you following any certain diet plan, or just cutting back and eating healthy foods? I would love to lose a little weight, it's so hard the older we get. I really think my husband and I eat ok...but I know I don't get enough exercise.

  2. Thanks! I started out using My Fitness Pal and logging everything I eat and keeping to 1300 calories. I lost 20 pounds doing that. Since then I still use My Fitness Pal but not every day - since I pretty much know my calories now. I still keep to 1300 calories at least 3 - 4 days a week but the rest I just eat what I want and it seems to keep me at this weight which I am fine with.
