Weigh In Friday


After spending 4 days in Dallas and then the weekend in San Marcos with family - I was surprised I still dropped another 2 pounds in that week. 
By using My Fitness Pal I have been able to eat out and eat healthy since I can calculate everything from fat grams to carbs to calories. At Red Lobster I was able to eat 2 skewers of shrimp and salad with vinagrette AND even ate one cheddar biscuit! At the The Cotton Patch I had Sirloin steak and grilled shrimp. I certainly don't feel deprived. I am still eating my Snickers Ice Cream Bar every single night. 


This morning - 152 pounds - getting there!
