My Awesome B A R G A I N of the Day!

I love a good bargain. Anyone who knows me at all knows this to be true - my husband used to say I was a "tight wad" but after 14 years of marriage and watching me stretch a dollar bill to the moon and back - he has changed his way of thinking. Now he brags on me to his friends, co-workers - pretty much anyone that he talks to. 

Well, today was no exception! I knew Hobby Lobby was having an 80% clearance on their Spring/Summer items - I also knew that it would have been pretty much picked over by now - but I thought I would still make a trip over since it is only like 7 minutes from my house and I didn't have anything planned for today. I did find a couple of cute  picture frames for $1.20 each and thought that was going to be my deal of the day. I was actually on my way to the check out and I noticed a huge framed picture of a guitar propped up at the end of an aisle - and I had to do a stop n' look. 
The lady putting up more way too crazy early Christmas decorations told me it was included in the 80% off but hadn't been marked down yet. It was originally $159.99! O M Gee - that marked it to $31.00!! I couldn't get it to the front cashier fast enough. (I guess I was afraid she was going to say it was a mistake...lol)

It is huge! I just love it and I can't wait for my husband to see it when he gets home from work. 
With us just getting back from our roadtrip - and our love for guitars - it is just perfect. So retro.
