Poor Miley vs Nail Art

He is so used to sitting in my lap if I am at my computer. He was pouting because I was doing my nails, which I also do sitting at my computer.

However, my nails turned out pretty cute... My filo sticks came in so since I couldn't decide what to do first I just did a hodge podge. I started out with the light pink, (Playboy & Rabbit Head ) tipped the ends with dark lavendar (Playboy & Rabbit Head ) & separated the pink and lavendar with a white diagonal stripe. (Art Deco).

I picked out hearts, flowers and butterflies. So easy! So cute!

Nail Art - Again! Round 4 - Black on Red

After blinging a few cell phone cases last night and getting glue all over my hands, I had to remove my "Barbie" nail art. I just finished dolling them up again. Boy, I love doing this! I wish I could do it for a living (not really, those nail techs work hard!) Anyway - here is round 4, I call Black on Red. I put a little flower on the thumb nails.

Nail Art - Again! Round 3 - Barbie Nails

I am calling this my "Barbie Nails"...I love hot pink and black together...the silver just sets it off.
I know, I still need to get the tape so my lines can be straight. I will, I will! :-)

You know what my biggest problem is? Forgetting to go to the bathroom or take my invisaligns out so I can eat something BEFORE I start polishing them!!! It never fails, as soon as I get about half way done I realize I should have "gone" beforehand! lol Or I suddenly get a craving for chips or ice cream and have to take my invisaligns out to eat anything at all. I use the Fast Finish topcoat but it is still so easy to mess them up until they have had a really good chance to dry all the way through.

Nail Art - fun!

Seems like when I get into almost anything - my OCD kicks in. After my first attempt with doing my own nail art I just had to start a collection of different colors and tools. I already ordered 5 different sizes of dotting tools. Yesterday I bought 6 new colors to work with. My collection is growing! I have already removed the first "artwork" from my nails and had to try something else. Of course I have to share! (I am all about sharing, ya know...lol) I added some little jewels & pearls this time on one finger of each hand.

With these I started with a solid white base, added the hot pink diagnal across each nail and then followed with gold glitter to separate the white/pink. I used a clear topcoat and added the jewel/pearls and then another round of topcoat.
