My New DOLL HOUSE/Workshop

I know, it has been awhile! I don't even have an excuse for it - just life, I guess.

I am so excited to have my workshop finished. It is the cutest. We bought one of those little sheds from Lowe's  - this one is 12 x 8 x 8. Brad put in an air conditioner - it has great lighting - and it is just so much better than tying up a bedroom in the house. I was always worried about the vinyl baking and not enough ventilation - so now I can just sit my oven right outside the door on a little table as needed. 

 I need a little bench to sit out in front - I have since added a welcome mat and a bucket of flowers. I think a little window box of flowers would be cute, too.
The following pictures were taken before the ceiling was finished with sheetrock or curtain added.

 We had it put together by Lowe's professionals but my husband did the sheetrock inside, cut out another window for AC and did all the painting. He is making me a sign with my nursery name to add to the outside.

Pittypat's Reborn Nursery Workshop

I have my reborning nursery workshop set up now. I feel so much better!

 Before I had every thing spread out all over the dining room. It was a mess. I am nothing if I am not organized so it was really driving me crazy. I had been looking for a small table that I could put in the spare bedroom/computer room/sewing room and just haven't had any luck. This morning it came to me that I don't really sew that much - and if I put my machine away - it would not be a big deal to pull it out of the closet - so that is what I did. 
I have a chest of drawers that pretty much matches the machine cabinet/desk and it was also empty. I let my granddaughters use the drawers while they were here and hadn't had time to fill them back up with my sewing stuff. I packed all that away, too. After umpteen trips up and down the stairs - every thing is now in its place. The lighting is great - and if I need it as a guest room nothing will even have to change. Perfect!

My First Reborn For Sale

I have officially listed the one I just finished on ebay and on my facebook page as well as Instagram. Hopefully she will sell soon! She is going to be going to her new home with several outfits, magnetized paci, blanket, birth certificate, baby bracelet, head band, magnetized hair barrette and a few surprises.
